Processing

We pack and send orders within 1 to 2 business days, and email your tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery times

  • Australia: orders are usually delivered within 6 to 10 business days of being placed.
  • United States: orders usually arrive 5 to 7 business days once they leave us.
  • New Zealand: orders usually arrive 10 to 20 business days once they leave us.
  • Other countries: delivery usually takes 6 to 12 business days once your order leaves us.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates from our carriers and can run longer during busy periods such as November and December, or because of weather or carrier delays.

Shipping costs

  • Australia: free tracked shipping on orders of A$100 or more, and A$7.95 flat-rate tracked shipping on orders under A$100.
  • United States: free tracked shipping on orders of US$75 or more, and US$5.95 flat-rate tracked shipping on orders under US$75.
  • New Zealand: free tracked shipping on orders of NZ$130 or more, and NZ$11.95 flat-rate tracked shipping on orders under NZ$130.
  • Other countries: free tracked shipping on orders of US$75 or more (or the equivalent in your currency), and a flat rate below that. The exact cost in your currency is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

Every order is tracked. If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it shows as delivered and you can't find your parcel, email hello@shiftswimwear.com with your order number and we'll chase it with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. We can't redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier.

Duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes or fees set by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility unless they're shown and charged at checkout.

Christmas

To receive your order in Australia before Christmas, please order by Tuesday 8 December. We'll post a reminder on the site closer to the date.
