They're printed with a thermochromic (heat-reactive) pigment. Cool, they show their first colour. Warm them up in the sun or in warm water and they shift to the second, then cool water switches them back. Here's how it works.
Will the colour change wear out?
Look after them and they'll keep changing. Rinse in cool water, dry in the shade and skip hot washes, dryers and the iron.
What size should I get?
Men's come in S to 3XL and kids' in S to 2XL, sized by age from 3 to 12. On the Dad & Mini set you choose each size separately. Between sizes? Size up for a relaxed fit.
Can dad and the kids match?
Yes. The Kids' Original comes in Purple to Blue and Orange to Yellow, the same as dad's Original, or grab both in one go with a Dad & Mini set.

Love these trunks! I wear a 38 in jeans so I ordered the XL and they fit great! I also love that the drawstring goes all the way around your waist (instead of just being tied in the front) so that they actually stay on when you jump out of the pool quickly.
